Where is Soca Mode located?

Soca Mode is an online clothing store operating out of Atlanta GA.

Where are products printed?

Most products are printed and shipped out of Charlotte NC or Los Angeles CA depending on customers ship to address.

We also have other facilities located internationally.

How long will it take my order to ship?

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) Then add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Are your products checked before being shipped?

All products are thoroughly checked by our well trained Quality Control Team before being shipped to you. 

How should I care for my t-shirts?

Wash care varies by t-shirt and color. We recommend turning t-shirts inside out to wash and follow care instructions for your specific t-shirts.

What are your shipping rates?

Currently, Shipping to U.S addresses are free. Free to Canada if shopping cart total a minimum of $40.00. Free to International Countries if shopping cart total a minimum of $70.00.

If that is to change, we will update it here and on our banner.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits, etc. We are not responsible for these fees and we do not profit from them.

What are you Refund Policy?

We do offer refunds or exchanges in some situation. See our Refund Policy page for detail information.

How to your sizes run?

Sizing chart can be found on most if not all products. If more information is needed still, send us an email at support@socamode.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
